Two problems of SWA!
1) Recruitment based SWA is illegal
2) Legal or not, recruitment based SWA pyramid schemes are guaranteed to fail BECAUSE they are pyramids.

Nester used to post comments in Howard Chan's blog and then link his name to his affiliate program. Is there a connection between his other online business ventures and his anti-SWA Ultimate campaign? I don't know. You tell me.
We can debate endlessly over whether SWA is indeed recruitment based or not. We can argue ad infinitum over whether SWA Ultimate is a pyramiding scheme or not.
But here's the stone-cold truth: SWA Ultimate is still under evaluation by the DTI/NCR.
That's been posted in Howard Chan's blog comments back in late June 2014 but until now, we see long-time Filipinolosophy blog readers such as Nester making such comments.
I shall delegate this case of Mr Estrella to Team Hukay.
We've been monitoring various SWA members and we're seeing changes in the way they're promoting SWA. Some have admirably stopped showing people holding money.
Others have shifted to promoting different kinds of business.
When will a business fail? That will happen when the Sales and Marketing people of that business fail to connect interested customers with the company's products.
Too bad people like Nester are blind to these simple truths, and instead prefer to spout inane comments that make obvious their weaknesses and incompetencies.
