Is SWA Ultimate a Scam?

Let's look around the web and find out what some people are saying about SWA Ultimate.

In So Supreme Weath Alliance is a SCAM? we find the following:
This webpage receives hundreds of page views everyday. The purpose is not to accuse SWA that it’s an illegitimate business but rather to analyze if it’s a type of an “online business” that’s sustainable; that members will definitely get the return from their investment of P2,500 or $50.00.
And here's a comment that Howard Chan apparently posted in the above website (Auxbreak.com):

In Supreme Wealth Alliance (SWA) Ultimate Philippines Review: Is It A Scam Or Not? we see this:
If you ask me, I think SWA Ultimate is a scam. It's not worth it. They don't have products although they insist that they have. Just the plain fact that their members are stupidly spamming Facebook should be a red flag for anyone.
And here's Howard Chan commenting in the fishprofessor's blog:

In SWA is a Scam! we find Howard Chan's assertion that SWA Ultimate violates the Consumer Act and the DSAP's 8 Point Test, notwithstanding the fact that the DTI/NCR is still evaluating SWA Ultimate, and that the DSAP (according to Nilo de Lara) has not received a request from the DTI to help in determining whether or not SWA is a pyramiding scam.

People bought a library of ebooks from SWA Ultimate for P2,500.

We have not heard of anyone complaining that they've been scammed by SWA.

And we have not seen any official marketing message from SWA Philippines, Inc. promising people that they will magically make money if they buy the SWA library of ebooks.

We will continue to monitor the status of the DTI's evaluation of SWA.
